Worldwide License Agreement
Effective 23 August 2025
Section 1.1 — Grant of Global Authority
Subject to Article 3, INTERBEST INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT SRL here by grants a worldwide license to make resident and passport work permits for the Licensee.
Section 1.2 — Derivative Provisions & Publishing
For more certainty, the Licensee shall be entitled to make derivative works from it, publish it, combine it with other assets. Its rights under the license granted to the Licensee hereunder, sub-license such rights, or otherwise make use of the without accounting to INTERBEST INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT SRL provided that Licensee may which rights shall remain solely with INTERBEST INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT SRL.
Section 1.3 — Residual & Exclusivity Frameworks
Grant any right to a third party which would deprive INTERBEST INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT SRL of any residual rights listed in paragraph here in after by granting an exclusivity beyond the scope of the exclusivity granted to Licensee.
